Meet Doctor Goodner
Wayne K. Goodner, DDS

Dr. Goodner graduated from the Washington University School of Dentistry in 1970. Upon graduation Dr. Goodner entered the United States Air Force and served as a Captain in the dental corps for two years. After completion of his military commitment, Dr. Goodner entered private practice in Tucson, Arizona, where he practiced as a general dentist for eight years. He began his graduate specialty program in periodontics at the University of Southern California in 1980. He returned to Northwest Tucson after completion of his training, where he has practiced ever since.
Dr. Goodner has been involved in many civic and professional organizations and is a past-president of the flying Samaritans and a past-president of the Southern Arizona Dental Society. He began incorporating a medical microscope into the practice of periodontics in 1998 and it is now an integral part of examinations and surgical treatment. Dr. Goodner lives in Tucson with his wife Karen, and they enjoy visiting their children and grandchildren.
