FINANCIAL INFORMATION

Dr. Goodner and staff are proud to be a team whose primary mission is to deliver the finest and most comprehensive periodontal services available today. We are concerned about your dental care and want to ensure you that it is performed in the most responsible manner. In order to assist you with the investment in your dental health, we have outlined our payment policy.

EMERGENCY/SINGLE-VISIT PAYMENTS

For all of our procedures, our policy is that payment is due in full at the time of service. For your convenience we accept cash, checks, money orders, and credit card payment (MasterCard, Visa, and Discover).

For the bigger treatment plans, we work with Care Credit, and if you qualify, you will be able to spread out your payments over 6 month with no interest, our office pays that interest for you.  For more information on Care Credit, please call our office and we would be happy to help you.

MULTIPLE VISIT PAYMENT OPTIONS

Option 1: Full Payment at Time of Service – For treatment over $2,000.00 there is a  3 percent fee reduction for cash, bank draft or cashiers check for payment before treatment is rendered.

Selection of this option gives you the maximum savings on the cost of your treatment plan because the billing expenses we save are passed on to you in the form of a 3 percent discount. Your Treatment Coordinator will provide you with specific details.

Option 2: Outside Financing – For those who would prefer an extended payment plan.

Our contract with Care Credit provides you the opportunity to extend your payments for 6 months with no interest.  If you have any problems or questions, please ask our staff.
